York Simcoe Baseball Golf Tournament

The 2010 YSBA Golf Tournament will be in support of the Chris Stoikos Memorial Foundation, Fight Agains ALS. A portion of the proceeds raised at this golf tournament will be donated to the Chris Stoikos Memorial Golf Tournament.

GOLF: Nottawasaga Inn, Golf Course, Alliston, Ontario

Thursday, June 3, 2010, 1:00pm, Shot Gun start.

COST: $100.00 per person (green fee, golf cart and dinner)

REGISTRATION:

All Registrations will be made on-line, or you can access it on the YSBA website, left hand side (YSBA Golf Tournament)

Foursome Registration: Identify a captain who will sign up a team of 4 golfers and the “team captain” will register for the team

Individuals/Pairs or Teams of 3 can register and then will be placed in foursomes the day of the tournament

PAYMENT: (Credit Card or Cheque)

Payments can be via credit card when registering on line or by Registering with the option of submitting a cheque at a later date

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP:

$200.00 Corporate sponsorship per hole (attached)
Also accepting donations for raffle and silent auction items
Please contact one of the Golf Committee members if you would like to sponsor

DRESS CODE:

NO TRACK PANTS OR JEANS/JEAN SHORTS OR OPEN TOED SHOES/SANDALS WILL BE PERMITTED.
(The course does have clothing for sale if you are not dress appropriately.)

Men: collared shirt, with kneed length shorts or pants, running shoes or golf shoes with socks

Women: collared shirt or blouse with shorts or pants, running shoes or golf shoes with socks. No halter top or short shorts will be allowed
